My beardie doesn’t mind being picked up so long as she has support 😂😂 she’s super chill and will glass surf to get my attention to hang out with me. She loves to run around before lights out! Once she’s super sleepy she’ll fall asleep ANYWHERE, even if I pick her up and am moving my hand around she’ll just sleep right there 😂😂 I began letting her sleep in the bed with me at night to cuddle and she’s been loving it, I can tell 🥰🥰

I've been bit twice during feeding and I'd say it's no worse than being bitten by an alligator lizard and they don't have teeth. I mean the northern alligator lizard BTW not the southern which are much larger.

I’ve notice something about creators that they shouldn’t do when they are on air. #1 please for the love of God never eat or drink when you have the microphone on. The sound of smacking lips and the sound of your food and spit mixing together is disgusting to listen to and annoying as hell. #2 I have to admit I thought you were guilty of this but I was wrong. I jumped the gun and passed judgement the first 5 minutes of the video so I’m sorry. Anyway the #2 is giving to many examples to make your point and for beardie creators. Every time they pull the old skin from the nose they feel like they need to display to the viewers for. Good three minutes per dead nose skin. You don’t just put it to the side and move it along. Yeah I think that’s it. I don’t know why I’m in such a bitchy mood today. Love your show even if you are the one that unknowingly annoyed that day. Regardless love your content and your babies

I have no idea what you're feeding that Beardie but to me it'd probably be better to feed it live crickets and fresh veg and fruit. Also you are picking her up in a way that likely hurts her. Try sliding your hand under her head all the way down to her back legs that way you don't accidentally squeeze her ribs.

My boy had a seizure yesterday. He was in a constant one and took vet two lots of medication to stop it. Luckily he’s fine this morning so vet said if survived it’s a small aneurism if he didn’t it would be a large aneurysm or tumour. Just rang and he’s ok this morning x

This is really great, a nice motivation to do this because I also have to lose a lot of weight, I don't have to do it in one year, it can also be done in 2 or so. I've already had conversations with my GP and dietitian and told me not to go too fast, I have to remember that 1 to 2 pounds a week is normal to lose weight, don't go too fast because then it will be back on in no time unless it doens't hurt my diet and training.

An old school bodybuilder told me to Just lift , Not to torture myself Just lift and work the upper body one or Twice week and the other week all sorts of squats. I eat a freakin big breakfast and at breakfast mI ain’t worried about calories Or fat I eat the good stuff … And I don’t do cardio . I only tell myself that regardless of how I’m feeling I can’t skip my workouts Even if it’s once or twice a eeek . Eating well and resting definitely gives You lots of strength. I take some good amino acids btw , And I’m down 175 from weighing 250 . I wish you the best. I wish you well

I'm in such a struggle that I just can't get out of. I'm balancing at around 330 to 350 pounds. I would try dieting, going for walks up hill, doing the walks in the summer more so to sweat more as that was the idea growing up. I'd be told the more I sweat is the more weight I'm losing. The hardest routine I tried was 5 AM workouts with a gym that had me like a personal trainer once a week. I did it for about 4 months. The goal the gym program would have if I remember correctly is that in 6 weeks you'd lose 20 pounds. I was reaching two months, 8 weeks, and I was about 2 pounds from having lost double, 40 pounds. However, from after the two months, it seemed like the weight just wasn't going anywhere. I would keep up with the meal plans I was put on, drinking so much water a day, continuing the workouts 4-5 times a week while I would throw in hour to two hour walks and jobs in the hill area by my home. It just wasn't going anywhere anymore. I started the program at about 337 pounds. My goal to myself was to at least get under 300. I don't care if it was 299, but as long as I get under 300. The most I got to was 303 pounds. I just couldn't get past those last 2-3 pounds. I continued for another two months but the weight would just balance between 303 to 305. The scale would just read that everyday for the next two months. It really made me lose motivation and desire to continue. I was putting in an effort to wake up at 4 AM 4 times a week to head to the gym that was about 45 minutes away, do the workout from 5 AM to 6 AM, drive back home to shower and breakfast before heading to work to clock in by 7 AM. Going thru the day with sore muscles and soreness just all over. Doing that for two months and then two months without any change? It just hit me hard that I fell into depression and gained the weight again. I would try again and again after that but the most I'd lose would be from 345 down to 319. Roughly. I can't seem to do this on my own in regards to coming up with workout routines or creating meal plans. I just can't think up things like that so I just don't know if even though I am making efforts on weight loss, if I am just not doing this correctly and that is why results just don't show. I hear different journeys from different people who had results. Some say they work out 3-4 days a week, some say they work out everyday. How long during the day is the workout? Some say they do an hour at the gym, some say they do two hours, some say they hit the gym two or three times a day for those potential 4-7 days a week. I just don't know what to do anymore. Many people tell me I need to be more upbeat and positive or else nothing I do will work. Well I can't be so upbeat when the struggles aren't showing much change. When I am working a full time job and am already tired after work so I push in a workout just to get it done, but I won't be doing it with a smile or anything like that. I'm just going in and getting it done, yet I'm critisized for not doing the workout with positive attitude. I sometimes just give up after about 2-3 months of not seeing huge changes. Maybe I'm expecting too much out of my efforts. If in two to three months all I lose is ten pounds, that to me seems like my efforts weren't enough, and if they really weren't enough, then just seems like it isn't worth it. I struggle getting the motivation to stay on track. I fall of the tracks constantly and get back up, but I have struggles with staying on track for at least more than 4 months.
